addons is not working i download from evryone link in the forum and nothink is working for me .When i log in my acc the addon panel is empty ? any suggestions ?

why i cant use the addons i mean they are in addons folder but when i log in my acc in addons list pannel there is nothink any suggestions ?

And wich class is good in pvp/pve as dps.
