Just let us transfer max 3 chars. Strip PVE items, gold, and don't touch our PVP gear.
And don't set that req on played time, cuz 90% of Warsong don't have more than 2d. My partners don't have more...
It can take you few days to Merge Warsong to Nelt. And it will SAVE Warsong and BOOST Nelt.

Yeah just set that Players who have 2k+ in 2s still have Wratfull gear. And sholders will have players who have 2k+ on 3s. Like it was on old AT. All chars that don't have that achivements gets gear...

The best way is to go with Season1, that will be easyer to start playing arenas, to dont have that much gear difference.
