i would say have only accounts with at least one 80 on lord to vote because your mentioned casual players... well, they are casual so... i hope you get the point lol. new players should probly...

why ask here? make a poll and announce it in lord chat (you know, that yellow text that you cant turn off). i came back to twink on my 79 dk to have enough honor to get decent pvp gear once i hit 80...
