Dude at least vs warriors you know that they won't just buble / boots away ... seriously demotivating to fight someone for 30 - 60 sec only for him to use buble / HoP / LoH ... so many overpowered...

Not sure if this will help or not but u can open trade window, put the soulbound item in the "Won't be traded" slot, enchant it with your enchanter and finally press trade to finish the enchanting.

This form of "PvP Police" will only work if the player is not lvl 80. If a bored lvl 80 wants to gank lowbies there is not much that can be done.
