I am not afraid of anything. I did actually flag up to pvp while leveling. The option is there you can pvp in open world you wont be able to kill low health players who are trying to level up

This is the real answer for everyone wanting a pvp server. Frostmourne last season had the best optional pvp and it stopped griefers completely
