I use a nokeld in my offhand.
The lack of crip poison procs can be negated by simply putting crip on your main hand (you shouldnt be shiving anyway with this setup) also while playing a backstab...

Out geared? I got 2200 in an hour with ruthless and a few 397 pve pieces and my partner was on a friends character so he had no idea how to play his class. Stay bad.
