For me I got rogue to 80 and only logging for raids, not going to level an alt because it takes too long, unless rdf is enabled then I'd level an alt.

On the contrary, I'm not encouraged to form group because I don't want to leave the quest zone and come back, also not everyone cares about nostalgia, I know RDF isn't supposed to be there at current...
Low hp mobs shouldn't give exp, but speaking of blizzlikeness disabling dungeon finder isn't a plus.
