Cataclysm What gives 6% hit chance?(enhancement)

I have 430 hit rating(3.58% hit chance) but for some reason my hit chance is 9.58%.I don't see any talent or bonus which would explain that 6%

If you are an Orc axe specialization OR maybe its from your talent Elemental Precision.

Once you go enha, you automatically get 6% addition hit with melee weapons. Check the 'view summeries'' thing when you open your talents. "Dual wield" gives you the 6% hit.

No you still need 4% Spell Hit Rating.
