    Haste on Shaman Enhancement

    Does haste reduce global Cooldown to shaman enhancement on MoP?

    ENhancement shaman haste works on WOD, but in MOP all you need is Mastery.

    Haste does indeed reduce the global cooldown. Haste was optimal in 5.2-5.3 with the way trinket procs worked, however, in 5.4 mastery is the best stat to stack for Enhancement.
