Recommended Arena realm?

Can you guys recommend a server or expansion for an arena rogue player? I like the combination of control/burst/survivability of WoD sub rogue, but I'm new to WoW and not familiar with past xpacs. I'd like the gameplay to be as fun, engaging, and tactical as possible. Thanks.

Pandaria is fine due talent changes. I think on combat you can get shadow step and be serious dealer damage with reforge/maste/crit trinkets and one shot everyone. Just need pick normal server who have atleast fixed issues.

Cata rogues were the funnest to play, but it really depends on your taste. Rogues have been good in all expansion, so choose any without worrying too much.
