Pandaria Where can i find i rouge gear and daggers for transmog?

i searched on internet but nothing helped... on the videos there are 13 lists of items and on this server there are 3 lists of items. if anyone can help me i will be grateful. i am searching a gear that shines :D

If you have item name, just type it there and check the tabs down below. You should be able to see "Sold By", that way you'll find specific NPC who sells your desirable item.
