Purchased Battered Hilt On Alliance and the Hilt is for Horde

I recently purchased a battered hilt on alliance and with my addon "Auctionator" the hilt appeared to be for alliance, but when I withdrew from mail box it was for horde.

can I please have this fixed?

You're best submitting a ticket for that kind of request.

But be prepared for a response that is like "You're **** out of luck we don't do things like that."

I would recommend trying to find someone to sell it to who is considering faction changing.

Or you can just learn to read what the items says before buying it :D

Try selling it on neutral ah, reduce the cost a little like 500 and advertise on trade. You will still lose -500 and 30% of the whole sum, but i think finding someone who is about to faction change and actually needs it might get hard if not even impossible.
