LF Alliance Guild (Raiding near 1AM st. +/- 2 hours)

I'm looking for an Alliance guild which raids around 1AM st. My only real requirement is that the guild is actively raiding (everyday or almost everyday) and speaks english. Preferably, I'd like to join a guild which is currently trying to progress through ICC 10mans and teaching people how to pass the bosses.

I am a 5.5kgs rogue. I had quit the game almost 6 months prior and am now returning. I made a new character, and managed to gear up to 5.5k gs with pugs and general effort. I'd like to get back into raiding more seriously, and learning the new changes with a guild that is also progressing through the instance. I have multiple characters higher geared characters and later achieves.

TL;DR:
5.5k gs rogue LF progression guild (ICC 10s and RS 10s mainly, then later into 25s) raiding around 1AM st.
I am more than willing to fill out any applications.
