I really enjoyed looking at this, of course its unrealistic, but that's no criteria for a good image.

It could win on competition, for under 4 year old children, no doubt about that.

It doesn't really compare well with scribbles and hand prints. Just because you're more interested in things like blood, gore, whips and chains, doesn't mean there aren't people who don't appreciate this style, and it doesn't mean that it is childish by any means.
