The NPC "Braeg Barbarrobusta <Mercader and leather>" (Braeg Barbarrobusta - NPC - World of Warcraft)
It does not give us the option to have (or rather, not shown)
Heavy Borean Leather x 10
(Heavy Borean Leather - Item - World of Warcraft)
arctic buying pelts
(Arctic Coat - Item - World of Warcraft 1 x 10 heavy leather borealis)

Nothing more to say for now, I hope a solution of staff or other administrative part. Thank you for reading

So from what I understand, I guess you miss Arctic fur for 10 heavy boreans at vendor. I think, it was removed from it on purpose, as many things like gems for EoH etc... So maybe you should just wait for later contents to be released and hope, they will add it back to the vendor

Probably because that option got added in on a later patch.
