Ya i really want to know this, already have 2 high characters and want to make 3rd one, but i want to try other faction too, and if i dont like, i want posibility to go back. The only official info about this is very old and not decided, i do hope will be available since it was on official too.
EDIT: or here is an idea, give tokens to accounts, maximum 1-2-3.. characters (any number you decide) per account.

It makes PvP unbalance. For example. Horde wining bgs one week allready helf people switch. Its no answer to switch. Fight your way to top.
