About new transmog scrolls.

I was wondering, in Lordaeron, could we know the chance of getting them? Because I have already won 12 BGs and no drops at all.

It is asked and answered a lot of times and is in FAQ. The BG part is not implemented yet

Can we have the raid drop chance too? Cause I've done ToC 10, Ony 10 and Ony 25 since the release of transmog and no drop so far.
