ToC - I fell through the floor upon entering

Since apparently people have been clearing ToC, I dare not to put this on bugtracker.

I was just done doing a couple of heroic farming. After some testing on ToCh 5 man's horse to no avail, I decided to go into the 10 man ToC just out of curiosity. Just after my game loaded into the instance, my toon suddenly fell into the Icy Depths. I didn't raid ToC, mind you, so it was supposedly fresh instance. Thankfully there's no Anub'Arak to greet me, but I had to leave group to port out.

Now, is this only happening to me? And what could be the cause? My guessing was that my net is slow enough (300ms average) that my toon loads before the floor collision does.
