Respawn rates of deposits

Hello,

Can anyone confirm what rates Lordaeron uses for (adamantite,fel iron,cobalt) respawn rates?
Are they same as retail WotLK or higher/lower?
As i remember retail WotLK had 4k cap on population and Lordaeron have 10k cap on population.
Wouldn't that make mining and similar professions 2.5x harder?

P.S.
Are spawn times still bugged cause i have to wait until server restart to farm specific ores.
In one hour before server restart i only got 2 deposits, after that 10-15 deposits in only 30min.

As for cobalt and saronite, there's more than enough of them even with tons of people running around. Ten times more than fel iron in outland, if not more lol.
