PvP enchants

Ok, can some1 explain me how can you buy pvp enchants if your rating is not 2k + ??? I see a lot of peoples last 2 days that have + 600 pvp power, 50% disarm red on pridefull weapons and their rating is really low. I check their achievements but some of them never achieve even 1.55k rating and still have this enchant...just lol...wtf? o.O They exploiting something or?

Hello, theres a time before prideful also they got plugs (connections) left n' right on warmane so, yeah.

back in grevious season there was long period when everyone could buy pvp enchants without rating, my self including dumped all my excess conquest points in those enchants, so on surprise that ppl could have stacks of them
