There is no delay in recieving coins.

this feature is no longer for premium accounts. you can send/recieve it with non-premium accounts. as for delay, i hadidnt noticed any delay, i got the coins once they were sent.

I think the only requirement is that both accounts are over a certain amount of time since created cant remember exact amount.
