Most people here are old WoW players, tired of meaningless fights while questing and gethering, the reason they are here is to enjoy good old days ,the server serves more like a retirement centre, also Blizzard officially changed PVP mech and introduced new warmode, can we do the same? let pvp lovers do pvp, not all of us .

You get PvP combat on a PvP realm, you signed up for it, you agreed to it.

Yep. If you want a PvE server, either A. Start your own server, B. Join a pre-established PvE server, or C. Go back to retail. To my knowledge, Warmane never has, and never will make a pve realm.
