Paladin trainer stole my money

I went to the paladin trainer in undercity and even though I bought summon warhorse, the skill was still green. I bought it without realizing it and wasted 1 gold.

I believe its becuase it now grants the riding skill when you learn it, so if you learned it before you wouldnt have it. Noticed this the other night as well. So you are paying 90s for the riding skill.
