That being said, the post is 5 hours old and already has 100 views so there is no doubt people are starving for info. A "dynamic" roadmap or an estimate would be nice.

I can give you an estimate, PvP gear depends on PvE progress so...

since ToT hc is not yet released, it is scheduled for release this month, March, so you want players to gear in it etc... it will take them at least 2 months to gear up in there,

then in May IF SoO is ready it can be released and then they will release Prideful gear, this is the best option with no setbacks

but we all know there is issues etc... that need to be fixed with ToT hc and SoO so it may take even longer than that,

My earliest estimate is that SoO will be released, along with Prideful, in July or August.
