Yesterday I was in raid in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj and was lucky to complete the quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=8622/stormcallers-hauberk but when i went to complete it the question mark was grey and the complete button as well even though i had all the quest items in my bags and the rep with Nozdormu was revered so basically has anyone encountered such a thing and if someone knows how to fix it please share.

Check if you really have every single item the quest requires in your bags, cause you might've forgotten something in bank. Apart from this, usually if you abandon and retake the quest it can be turned in right away but in very rare cases quest items may disappear (or used to). I, however, do not think this is the case with this one, so just abandon and retake it with all quest items in your bags.
