How to get away from Worgen isle?

How do I exit Worgen starting zone? Boat never sails and there are only 2 quests available.

There is a similar problem in Frostwolf, People are stuck after level 4, can not get out >/

thats a problem that can be solved pretty easy either by some friend who has warlock or by any char who is in a guild with enough level to use mass summon (note on the mass summon he must have u targeted while summoning its little buggy here)
edit: and dont forget to set the town as home with hearthstone so u dont get back if u use it xD
