Level 80 5k gs tank looking for a raiding guild

Hi everyone, I just started playing again (been playing on and off for a couple of years)
I'm a BE prot Pala
English is my main language
Mainly free to raid and do stuff on weekends or nights
I'm looking for a mature guild to raid and progress with :)

Tanking raids is so depressive. You have to deal with other 23 noobs (didn't count the second tank since he at least has to have a brain or else we'll wipe) and your reward is garbage items that are useful for nothing at all outside of raids. PvP with tank items is a joke, its not even good against melee and its not good for farming because all that defense will be wasted on trash mobs that don't even do noticable damage without tank items equipped. I hate tanking raids, I only do it to get EoFs so I can spend it on Relentless PVP gear but I make sure everyone in the raids knows how much I hate every second I spend in there while they're actually having fun playing as dps and getting good, fun to use loot.
