Important! Looking for item

It just popped in my head today.
A very useful 'bug' or breach-in the mechanics that Blizzard left out.

I'm looking for an item that can be used in Arenas.
a castable item.
It must be held in your inventory.

I've already found such an item, but it requires coins to buy.
So I've already tested the bug and I can tell you that it indeed works.

But I would like to be able to share my discovery with people who can't have the Item I have(since you need coins)

So the question is:
Do you know of any item that is usable in arenas and is castable?
For example Bandages would work, but they are channeled.
Hearthstone would work, but it is not usable in arenas.(maybe the other hearthstones works?)


Spammable non-castable items could also work.
