Must be your connection or connection to the server cause i have no delay at all.. But im from EU so.

Same here. Since the Server is located in France (in my knowledge) there wont be any problem for Europeans whatsoever.
German reporting in (so a very direct connection)

How is the server holding up from your side at 6000 people Warmane ? Can the hardware sustain another 500 people increase ?

Can you add limited Faction Change for Lordaeron example 0/4 time faction change possible after that 4 time wasted you will no longer able to change faction in Lordaeron

Race change/faction change "may not make it into release", should I interpret this as something that may or may not be implemented at all, or is it on the to-do list for the future?

IT's prob due to DDOS attacks... I have had no problems with delay at all :) Either it's you, server or connection to server.

Lordaeron is an GREAT SERVER :D I hope u guys never open DF :) ! Dungeon Finder ruins this game ! awww ! from 15 to 80 still in boring dungeons :/
