The Loading Screen Error

Hi guys. I have been dealing with an error where i choose my character and enter world. The loading screen comes and as soon as it comes an error saying wow.exe has a critical error .CreatureImmunities.dbc hasnt got the correct row of size or something like that. it has been occuring since the patch came out. And some say try unchecking the read only box in the folder properties. i did and it is not unchecked whenever i go into its properties again but the exe is unchecked in read only. i tried taking the ownership of the folder like in some forums said but the error is still occuring. Any Help?

are you using a 5.4.2 Client with "wow.exe" from 5.4.8? Then try to download a a whoe 5.4.8 client from here: https://www.warmane.com/download
