Character restore

Character restoration function is off? I accidently got deleted char and cant restore it. WTF ? There is no chars to pick to restore when i press

You can not restore characters that are more than 5 (or 10, don't remember) levels under the maximum level on that realm. Also as far as I know character restoration is not enabled on Blackrock and Warsong. Other than that any deleted characters should be available for restoring for 30 days.
