WotLK Constant Game Freezes and Latency

Hello,

So I have been suffering a lot recently from constant random freezes. I wasn't getting this before at all. I did Disk Defragment, closed all background programs that are not important / needed, but I still keep getting random Freezes. I don't think it has something to do with my computer since this problem wasn't there before.My screen would freeze randomly for about 2-5 seconds whether I am in combat or not.

Please help if you can.

Another thing, I play from North America, so is there any way to reduce my ping? I am playing at 190ms all the time in Icecrown. It used to be 140 MS back at Ragnaros.
