One more quick question: Somebody from my guild argued that 21 expertise was better on the ulduar patch (Which means you may get parried/dodged your auto hits, but not abilities) than 26. Thoughts?
I currently have 27 expertise, without any gem or enchant into it anyway, so it doesn't matter much unless I find an item with less expertise and more other stats!

The expertise cap applies to special abilities as well. Not just autos.
Betrayer of Humanity has more crit, obviously, but Ironsoul has more AP and scales better in general with your seals and whatnot, due to the slower weapon speed - which puts it in the lead.
Hi i would like to ask if getting Darkmoon card greatness to replace banner of victory is a good idea. I'm running with a str build 4 t10 and glorenz + sts.

I did a mock-up on RAWR with a gear set of nothing higher than 264 ilvl, excluding Ashen Verdict ring and normal Glorenzelg. Full strength set.
There are two Darkmoon Card: Greatness listed. The one closer to the top of the list is the strength trinket. The one further down on the list is agility.
I would recommend downloading RAWR yourself, inputting your gear setup, and use it to sort out what is your BIS for whichever slot in accordance with the rest of your gear.
ToC has been released on Lordaeron while I was hospitalized.
I'll have to catch up with the rest of my guild regarding the gear, but... I got a question.
The first thing I did after logging in was to rush to the plate armor shop in Dalaran to see what the Set Bonuses for the ToC Tier (Is that... Tier 9?) were.
And... Well, I've been very disappointed.
2p: The talent Righteous Vengeance can now crit
4p: +5% crit on Judgement
RV is currently roughly 5% of my dps, so allowing it to crit would be less than 2% DPS gained, I reckon.
5% crit on judgement is okay but it's nothing compared to the Ulduar 4p: +10% crit on CS and DS.
So here's my question: Should I ignore the set bonuses and spend my emblems of Triumph on other things, and gear up with raid drops and non-set items from Triumph Quartermasters?
Or are the bonuses actually good and I'm just underestimating it?
Also, we downed Yogg before I spent weeks hospitalized and before ToC release. Yay! We were quite happy.
The tier 9 set is rather poorly itemized (armor pen and expertise), but the set bonuses may surprise you. The 2-set bonus is actually pretty good. So yes, you should definitely get it. +5% Judgment crit may not seem like much, but it's obviously a gain. The general rule of thumb is that set bonuses are always worth it.
I main paladin all my life on WotLK and the 2 set bonus is very good. Some people even consider it BiS with the ICC patch. Like Mercy said this bonus can suprise you. The 4 piece bonus can be skipped and you can add something with more valuable stats.
I can give you an example about the 2 set bonus: When I started on ragnaros my pally got 5 set pieces ofc (triumph grinding like hell). Slowly I started to gear up from icc 10n. I changed every piece in that set and I was left to change only the 2 set bonus. I had the 2 t10 and 2 t9 piece. Gauntlets dropped who were far more greater that the set. Changed them immediately even socketed and enchant them. Guess what? My dps dropped significantly...
