    I am a pve player it worth to begin at mist of pandaria or its all bugged?

    Lot of bugs in PVE. Every raid is bugged, most dungeons arent open and Scenarios are broken.

    Coming from an active raider - all raids are open but every raid has bugs. They're still doable, though, and enjoyable to a certain extent.
    As far as I'm concerned, all MoP dungeons are open and working (I can't 100% guarantee that as I don't do them that often).
    There are only 2 scenarios open + the Isle of Thunder opening scenario and they're working.

    I personally raid and enjoy it so I don't see why you wouldn't.
