I checked 3 hours for Blackhoof. I could not see him.
What is the spawn time of Blackhoof in Valley of the four winds?

If you're trying to get the horn, I'd suggest you to farm the Ordons in Timeless isle :)

i killed Blackhoof 4 times and there is totally no loot drops, empty body forever~!!!!!

I farmed Ordons in Timeless Island today. I got the horn in 15 min. No need to camp rare mob.
