About guilds on icecrown

i'm kindda new on icecrown, and kindda new in wow.
Used to raid semi-hardcore back in the days but had like a 4ish years break.

I was woundering on the forum and couldn't find anything about guilds.
Is there any kind of topic about guilds, guild descriptions and so on ?
