This is intended server-side. I don't believe such a thing was implemented until 2.4? I could be wrong. But I do believe the developers want to follow that case.
Edit: I thought I may have been wrong. Turns out I was. They weren't changed until wotlk. So it will be staying as it is on Outland now.
It is still not blizzlike though. On retail you could use several addons like MobHealth, MobInfo, etc. that could show the hp numbers of the mates/enemies but on Warmane none of these function. At least, it used to be this way on PTR, haven't checked it out on the released server yet.

Download Mobinfo from this thread http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....3669&p=2809824
thats because all fights in gforce II videos are duels, with people he probably was in party with before doing that video.as we know in 2.4 you can see party/raid members exact value. try find any arena video from TBC with exact video you will see it does not exist.
btw on some videos you can seee exact value after he hit the target atleast 1 time.i guess its addon that calculate the number after he get the number from the dmg you do to your target.but all this have nothing to do with warmane TBC client :D

My MobInfo2 addon is working just fine as far as I can tell.
As for the video, unfortunately I can't even look at it: "This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc.. It is not available in your country."
However, if it is a duel like skooby had said, they were in a party, then that would be why they can see each other's health.
it does not for me.atleast not for outlaland mobs.the value of mobs change multiple time till i fight them.and its like that for people in my guild aswell.
That's more than likely your add-on lacking data for those mobs. From what I gathered of how they worked in Burning Crusade, they work by approximation, using how much damage you dealt to get a kill and updating it whenever you get a more accurate value, but never getting a final number until you happen to deal exactly their hp in damage.
truthfully, neither mobinfo2 nor any other addon worked for me when i was in outland locations during the testing phase of the server, the values of hp constantly changed, so i am 100% sure it's a Warmane server bug.

I'll just copypaste my response to this issue from previous threads:
Yes those option were added in patch 2.3, it will let you see health in numbers for your target, but only targets that are in your group. The patch note is simply vague/simplified.
http://wow.gamepedia.com/Patch_3.0.2...ented_changes)
This is the patch that made it so you could see any unit health in numeric value.Health values appear on targets; mobs, boss, NPC, or player (regardless of group or faction).
Here's also a retail TBC video from patch 2.4.3: https://youtu.be/ArS1w1jgKw8?t=3m50s
As you can see, he is seeing all numbers of player/party mana & health in numeric values, the only thing that is displayed in % is the enemies health. This would be impossible to accomplish with the interface options if you actually were able to see actual health values of enemies.
Same can be seen in Hydra 6: https://youtu.be/QyTyNaiEJKs?t=8m40s
He target his party member and he is seeing his health in numeric value, he then switches to an enemy and health is displayed in %.
I hope this clears any confusion.
For it to be a "Warmane server bug," you would be having to cause damage wrong or be receiving damage reports wrong - which would affect any add-on that extracted damage data. Is that happening, are all add-ons that use damage feedback not working?
