Losing aggro on Netherspite

Hi All

I have done a report in bugtracker but i wanted to hear from other Guilds if they have the same problem and how they solved it, since we are having big problems because of this.

i am tanking netherspite and i simply lose aggro which makes Netherspite moving, it should be impossible to lose aggro in red beam, i link a gyazo gif.

just want some input from other guilds that might have downed him =)

From the gif it actually looks like he resets aggro when he casts the black hole, which is not intended ofc.
