WotLK Character recustomization is not working :(

Hi,

I bought a recustomization for my character "Sigourney" but it doesnt work.. whatever i change, when i try to save it says "Character could not be individualized"

can you please tell me what i need to do? if not, please make it a male and name it "Nohope".. thats all i want.
