Informations for a starter?

Hi! Im new to Frostwolf and wanna ask in what condition the server is. I played MoP on *** but decided to come here. What i need help with:
How buggy (or not) is this server?
Are all the classes and specs in good condition, or is "that broken spec that completely outshines the others" ?(like BM hunter from what i heard)
Would I manage to get to end game without using the shop, or is this pay to win?

It has bugs, but a lot of stuff is working fine.

Most specs are in good condition in PvP and in PvE just a few aren't tuned well.

You can get everywhere without the shop as you can get everything by playing except for some mounts and transmogs.

I have been playing PVP here for the past 10 days and had no issues with my shaman. Only problem was 3 minute slight lag on the server this morning. Everything else seems smooth as silk.
