[ANSWERED]Stop the fires daily quest

Hi, I’ve been tried to do the quest stop the fires daily quest for the Halloween Event, I’ve tried it 10 or more times in different ally zones, and the quest will not complete, I can’t loot the horsemen, it’s the last achievement I have to be done, can you help ?

I don't think you necessarily have to loot the Horseman. I did the quest a couple days ago, and was in a group of 3-4. Somebody else must have looted Jim, because I got credit for the achievement without any looting.

Hang in there; stick around Brill, and advertise in global when the next spawn is happening soon. You should be able to find a few more people to help finish it off.
