I use GRID2, the same i use for raiding, it shows everithing you have to know in a simple layout (remember to configure so pets dont show).

I've been using grid with the debuff and mana bars extensions for a few years now
I'm using VuhDo, it's a sick addon, with TOO many options. In the begin hard to understand it, but with some exploring, you find unique options, other's don't have. Still it's a personal thing what to use: Healbot/grid/vuhdo or whatever, in the end only matters you have fun, and you fulfill your job as a healer.
orignial UI is all you need if you are realy not a bad player. Grid does so much for you that the only thing the player has to do is playing whack the mole.
