Banned due to being bot

Have been an active member since this was molten wow and have contributed greatly to these servers. Recently logged back in after long time of not playing and have found my account has been terminated for "botting". Not sure if this was a mistake or my account has been hacked. Would much appreciate some feedback as my Ban Appeals and tickets have not been responded to.
