Accidentally deleted thieves' tools and I can't find them anywhere

Hi, I'm dumb and I accidentally deleted my thieves' tools when I was level 15 and now I can't get them because you can only get them from a rogue quest which I already completed. Is there anything I can do to get them back? Pls help. My character's name is Tonysimprano.
