Technical My account is suspended and i dont know why...

So when i log into my acc i have a message than an ip is banned on my acc which isnt any of my ips, i havent been on this acc for arround 2 years and i come now and i see it suspended but i can still log into the game i just cant acess the shop or donate or anything, i do not have an email regarding my acc being suspended or anything so i do not know the reason of this or anything so i would like to know what happened, i have been playing on this server even when it was in its early molten days, i had problems returning my acc when it became warmane, never got the acc back and even after that i made a new acc this one so i could play and after i returned after some time i find this so i wish you could help me regarding this somehow.
