    Buying with coins

    So I'm wondering if I buy an item that requires personal and team arena rating 22000 in 3v3 or 5v5 brackets, and I don't have that rating, can I still equip the item having in mind I bought it with coins?

    Yes, you can equip it.
    It requires those things only to buy it from vendor.
