Two years ago or more I switched from BC Outland (70lvl) to Icecrown (80lvl).
At the moment I have no teleport to Moonglade in the talent book, and no starting quest to Anzu.
I really need your intervention.

you get that spell once you accept this quest: http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/quest=5921 (which is the second quest of bear chain-quest)

If you can not get it, because already completed while playing on TBC realm, you may open a ticke tin-game. A GM would add it to your spellbook

About "starting quest to Anzu" you mean swift fly form chain-quest? You need to have 280% riding skill to start the chain

Yes, I mean swift fly form chain-quest, also I wrote a ticket in the game, no help received.
These quests were done on TBC and there is no possibility to take them in LK.

About fly-quest, at which step have you stopped on previous realm?
This is the quest https://tbc.wowhead.com/quest=11001/...-the-raven-god where you get the key to summon and kill Anzu.

Once the quest is completed there is a new quest, "Eternal Vigilance", which provide you a permanent key to summon Anzu anytime you want.
try to interact again with "Morthis Whisperwing", even if he shows no yellow mark over his head
In case you have already received this key, http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=32449 , check it on your keyring (since it is stored there, not in bag)
