Is black arrow hunter spell bugged on Frostmourne?

Hello, Im playing a survival hunter, and everyone tells me that on icecrown black arrow is bugged and does no damage thats why no1 plays survival hunters there. Is this also the case for frostmourne? the reason I ask is because it seems to do very low damage. And id want to know if its not even worth having in on action bars and just always using explosive trap even on single target

I do not see anyone reporting anything about Black arrow damage.
So you should tell to those guys to make a report if they really believe something is wrong.

That said, as test you may log on Blackrock realm.
It is istant lvl 80 with free gear, so it is perfect for this kind of test.
Go to dummy area and test black arrow damage.
An easy/quick check is by using "DrDamage Addon" to see if the damage predicted by the addon are the ones you actually do on dummy
