WotLK Missing all the characters from the account

I went in to play the other day. And there are no characters. Haven't been in for four days.

I made sure, I restarted the game a couple of times. Restarted the computer just in case. Re-selected the world a couple of times. Characters have not been, and still no!

2-3 characters were in the same guild, and my character had a guild master. I log on to a character who is on the second account, the guild master has another character. And my characters from the first account just aren't in the guild. They're just not there.
