So you bought gold for your "young brother".
You broke the rules, not your "young brother".

Don't remember if you can even appeal this one. Which is/were your only option. If you show enough regret, maybe you get a temporary ban instead. Don't hold your breath though. Make a new account and don't break rules this time (on top of losing money to illegitimate vendors).
